- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions
- Wash the watermelon thoroughly and slice it into wedges or round pieces about an inch thick.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each watermelon piece by holding it by the rind, allowing excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Immediately sprinkle any desired toppings on each piece after dipping.
- Place the chocolate-covered watermelon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes until set.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later enjoyment.
