Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking pan with melted butter.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and arrange them in the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Pour this over the rolls evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before drizzling with warmed icing from the rolls.
