Instructions

- Add vegetable oil, vanilla extract, egg yolk, and egg to the pot. Whisk until combined.
- Mix in baking soda, salt, and cornstarch before gently folding in flour and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14–18 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
