Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the turkey or chicken sausage until crumbled (about 5-7 minutes).
- Transfer the cooked sausage to the crockpot. Add spinach, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and cream cheese cubes; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, stirring twice during cooking.
- About 20 minutes before serving, add frozen tortellini; stir well and cook until tender.
