- 350 g whole milk
- 100 g coconut milk
- 150 g heavy cream
- 45 g granulated sugar
- 10 g vegan gelatin sheets
- 10 g pandan powder
- Shredded coconut (for topping)
Instructions
- Soak vegan gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until softened.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine whole milk, sugar, coconut milk, and heavy cream. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add soaked vegan gelatin sheets and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and whisk in pandan powder until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups and cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
- Chill for at least 6 hours or until fully set.
- Unmold (if using molds) onto serving plates and garnish with shredded coconut before serving.
