- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until softened.
- Add Cajun seasoning, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet; cook for an additional minute.
- Mix in the rice until well-coated with the seasonings.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
- Allow resting for 5 minutes off heat before fluffing with a fork and garnishing with green onions.
