- 10–12 Fresh Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (optional)
- 40 g Butter
- 75 g Kataifi (shredded pastry)
- 140 g Pistachio Paste
- Mint Leaves (for garnish)
- Shredded Coconut or Chopped Nuts
Instructions
- Prepare your work area by gathering all ingredients and tools.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
- Coat muffin tin cavities with melted chocolate; allow to set upside down on a baking sheet.
- Mix chopped strawberries with powdered sugar; set aside.
- Toast kataifi in melted butter until golden brown.
- Once the chocolate has hardened, fill each cup with strawberries, top with toasted kataifi, and drizzle with pistachio paste. Garnish as desired.
