Instructions
- In a skillet or deep pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat and toast the konafah until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined dish and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Mix the toasted konafah with pistachio cream in a bowl until combined.
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
- Assemble the cups by layering sliced strawberries at the bottom, followed by the konafah mixture, a drizzle of melted chocolate, and chopped pistachios. Repeat layers as desired.
