Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 350°F (175°C), setting up indirect heat.
- Remove the silverskin from the back of the ribs using a knife for better tenderness.
- Mix all rub ingredients in a bowl and coat the ribs generously.
- Grill ribs on indirect heat for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Flip and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients and apply to both sides of the ribs.
- Move ribs to direct heat for an additional 3-5 minutes per side to caramelize the glaze.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
