- Optional: 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in honey and applesauce until well combined.
- Fold in mashed bananas gently until blended.
- Add flour, baking soda, and optional ingredients; mix just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
