- 2 garlic cloves, very finely minced
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick, creating an indent in the center of each.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 2-4 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- If desired, add cheese during the last minute of grilling and serve on buns with additional BBQ sauce and your favorite toppings.
