Instructions
- Marinate chicken in a mixing bowl with soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let rest before slicing.
- Sauté broccoli in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender but vibrant. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, remaining minced garlic, soy sauce, and any leftover marinade (cooked). Stir until heated through.
- Assemble bowls with sautéed broccoli at the bottom, topped with sliced chicken and drizzled creamy garlic sauce.
