- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)

- 1 medium red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/2 medium-sized fresh pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch pieces)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, light brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, honey mustard, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and onion powder until smooth.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Thread marinated chicken alternately with onion, bell peppers, and pineapple onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes total, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Let skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
