- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Juice and zest of one lemon
- 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions
- In a zip-top plastic storage bag, combine the chicken breasts with Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and massage to coat the chicken evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours for optimal flavor.
- Preheat the grill on high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade; wipe off excess marinade to prevent flare-ups on the grill.
- Grill the chicken on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Allow the chicken to rest briefly before serving.
