- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the stems off the onions, then slice each onion into 12 to 16 sections from the root down without cutting through it completely.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Generously sprinkle this mixture over each onion blossom.
- Drizzle oil using a basting brush over the seasoned onions.
- Grill covered for about 15 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
