Instructions

- Place the steaks on the grill, season them generously, and cook for 4-5 minutes with the lid closed.
- Flip the steaks, season again, close the lid, and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of about 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for five minutes before slicing.
