Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, tamari, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes; toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast sweet potatoes for about 25 minutes until tender.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat; cook marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Drizzle reserved marinade over chicken in the skillet and simmer for an additional minute before serving.
