- 12 jalapenos
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 24 beef sausages (Lit'l Smokies)
- 24 strips Turkey Bacon
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Cut the tops off the jalapenos and slice them lengthwise into halves.
- Remove seeds and ribs using a spoon or jalapeno corer; rinse under cold water.
- Fill each half with about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.
- Place one beef sausage on top of the cream cheese in each half.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno tightly with a strip of Turkey Bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until crispy.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
