  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 24 beef sausages (Lit'l Smokies)
  • 24 strips Turkey Bacon
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the jalapenos and slice them lengthwise into halves.
  3. Remove seeds and ribs using a spoon or jalapeno corer; rinse under cold water.
  4. Fill each half with about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.
  5. Place one beef sausage on top of the cream cheese in each half.
  6. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno tightly with a strip of Turkey Bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until crispy.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
