Instructions
- Combine crushed Lemon Oreos and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Whisk together instant lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping; refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
