- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread chopped onion in a baking dish and place butter pieces on top. Bake for about 15 minutes until onions start to brown.
- While onions are baking, mix together dried thyme, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub this mixture over the chicken drumsticks.
- Once onions are browned, layer uncooked rice evenly on top. Pour chicken stock and water over the rice; add minced garlic and stir.
- Arrange seasoned drumsticks on top of the rice mixture and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and spray oil over chicken for crispiness; bake for an additional 15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
