Ingredients
- 200 grams capellini or angel hair pasta
- 4–5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 can (180g) spicy tuna
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/2 cup black and/or green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add capers, olives, and parsley; cook for one minute.
- Stir in the spicy tuna and cook for another minute before adding the diced tomatoes along with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Toss well to coat.
- Serve garnished with additional parsley for freshness.
