Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (Family size)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag Crunchy S'mores M&M's (8 oz, divided)
- 2 oz white chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Sprinkle half of the M&M's on top and drizzle with melted white chocolate immediately after removing from the oven. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
