Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups creamy conventional peanut butter
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Fold this dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Add dollops of peanut butter on top, then cover with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean but moist. Allow cooling before slicing.
