Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 4 cloves of garlic, freshly minced
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional: lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Boil the Corn: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the corn and cook for about 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Remove from heat and mix in salt, parsley, and pepper.
- Drain & Serve: Drain the corn using a colander. Brush each ear generously with the garlic butter mixture using a basting brush. Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.
