  • 4 cups (500 grams) powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by buttermilk, vanilla extract, vinegar, hot coffee or water, and red gel food coloring.
