Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
- In a stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until well-combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and mix in buttermilk until combined.
- Gradually add cake flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until just incorporated.
- Divide batter into three bowls: one for plain batter, one mixed with red food coloring, and another with blue food coloring.
- Alternately layer the batters in the Bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
