Instructions
- Wash the celery under cold water and pat dry.
- Slice the celery diagonally into 5 cm pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped dill to the celery.
- In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the celery and toss until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in the toasted walnuts.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
