- 8 ounces baby portabella mushrooms

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a resealable container, combine cubed sirloin steak with marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat Smoker: Set your smoker to 250°F according to manufacturer instructions.
- Assemble Kabobs: Thread marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers.
- Add Marinade: Spoon some leftover marinade over the skewers before discarding any remaining marinade.
