- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chocolate chips, espresso powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared dish and dollop the cobbler topping over it. Scatter vegan marshmallows on top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
