- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, at cool room temperature
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, at cool room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups mini vegan marshmallows
- Milk chocolate candy bars, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one by one and mix in vanilla. Gradually combine dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets; space about 1.5 inches apart.
- Bake for about 6–7 minutes until set at the edges. Press marshmallows and chocolate pieces into each cookie and return to the oven for an additional 3–4 minutes.
- Allow cooling on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
