Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add mini vegan marshmallows and stir until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture onto greased parchment paper and press into a ½-inch thick rectangle.

  5. Starting from one long edge, roll tightly using parchment to assist.
  6. Wrap the rolled log in parchment paper and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes to set.
