- 3 bags grilled chicken strips (12 oz each of Fajita flavored)
- 3 bell peppers (red, orange, green)
- 16 oz Chipotle ranch dressing
Instructions
- Wash and dry all fresh produce. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and dice the tomatoes and bell peppers.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and grilled chicken strips.
- Drizzle chipotle ranch dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated.
- Serve immediately or store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
