  • 3 slices of turkey bacon, finely chopped

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring enough water to boil for steaming the eggs. Add the eggs and steam for 11 minutes.
  2. Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
  3. Once cooled, slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  4. Cook the chopped turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
  5. Sauté the jalapeños in the remaining grease for one minute, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  6. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, sautéed vegetables, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt using an electric mixer until smooth.
  7. Fill each egg white half with the mixture and top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
