Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cream and fold in diced strawberries mixed with flour.
