  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 1/4 cup hot milk, plus more as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, process the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together melted butter, yogurt, eggs, sugar, strawberry jam, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and half of the prepared strawberry powder; mix until just combined.
  5. Gradually add warm milk while stirring until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes until set in the center; allow cooling completely.
  7. For frosting, blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and remaining strawberry powder; gradually add hot milk until desired thickness is reached.
