- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (cold)
- 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
- 6 oz. strawberry jello
- 1 ¼ cup boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue vegan gelatin in boiling water. Once cooled, mix in Greek yogurt, blueberries, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream. Spread over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- For the red layer, dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, then add iced water to cool. Once slightly cooled, pour over the blue layer.
- Top with sliced strawberries and additional whipped cream once set. Chill before serving.
