Instructions
- Wash and chop the celery into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the apples into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine celery, apples, walnuts, and cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
