- 3 cups Oreo crumbs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed and divided)
- 1 box (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans (divided)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a 13×9 inch dish. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in half of the whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Layer cream cheese mixture over crust, then sprinkle half of the pecans on top. Spread pudding evenly over this layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the top and garnish with remaining pecans.
